1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between on77 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses or uses the on77 platform, including its website at on77.bid, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming services offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of on77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on on77. Where it is determined that a user holds duplicate accounts, on77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances pending a full investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, a valid Pakistan mobile number, and a unique password. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Deliberately providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your on77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. on77 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, except where there is clear evidence of a platform-side security failure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the on77 support team immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.

3.4 Account Currency

All on77 player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit to activate a new on77 account is 500 PKR. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your gaming balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

on77 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Meezan Bank. Payment method availability may change over time and will be reflected on the platform's deposit page.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallet services (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay) are typically credited to your on77 balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant institution. on77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR and returned to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. on77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for larger amounts.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that you own and that have been legitimately obtained. on77 maintains the right to investigate the source of funds deposited into any account and to suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily established.

5. Gaming Rules

All games available on the on77 platform — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, Test Cricket betting markets, and cockfighting wagering — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating to that game only.

on77's slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games are streamed from controlled studio environments. Test Cricket and cockfighting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or event organiser.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, on77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers to the accounts of participating players. on77 will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of a technical failure that is beyond its reasonable control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

on77 periodically offers bonuses, free credits, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. on77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where it determines that a promotion has been abused or exploited in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

6.1 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated wagering, the use of multiple accounts, or any other form of manipulation will be treated as a breach of these Terms. on77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend accounts, and recover any amounts paid out in error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the on77 platform:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with on77 games or systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any on77 software or security systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that is not held in your name.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using on77 to facilitate the transfer of proceeds of criminal activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the on77 platform — including but not limited to the on77 brand, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of on77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any on77 content without prior written authorisation.

9. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by on77 is governed by the on77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
